Getting a healthy and radiant skin is everyone’s dream. Which is not an overnight process we all know that, but recently I got a chance to treat my skin with newly launched Herbalife Skin Care product range, which claims a 7 days challenge for better and smoother skin. This kit comes with a combination of following basic skin care products of daily routine for morning and evening (AM/PM) applications.

Here is my experience of these products.

Polishing Citrus Cleanse: A right face wash is basic need for skin care, and honestly I am very happy with this particular one. I have a combination skin, nose and T area slightly oily too and this product is best suited for this skin type. Even after few wash you can easily observe a reduction in the skin’s sebum. Quite efficient in removing excess oil, dirt and make up. For Normal to Dry skin type ‘Soothing Aloe Cleanser’ is available

Ingredients: This is a gel based cleanser with hint of juicy orange and grapefruit. Apple derived cleansing ingredients and Jojoba ester is the base with no added Paraben/Sulfate. Soothing Aloe Cleanser has base ingredients like Aloe Vera and Coconut oil, for soft and moisturized skin.

Usage: This is for AM/PM use like other cleansers, and a small amount is quite sufficient for one wash.

Price: Rs.1424.00 for 150 ml. Squeezing tube pack.

Purifying Mint Clay Mask: I came across many products recommended for skin toning and tightening and this one is the best so far. An effective and soothing face mask, refines the appearance of pores, revitalizes the complexion and removes dirt and absorb excess oil.

Ingredients: A combination of Bentonite clay, Rosemary leaf and Supermint oil. It is a thick clay pack. Add few drops of water or apply on wet face for smooth application.

Usage: It is a thick clay pack. Add few drops of water or apply on wet face for smooth application. 1-3 application in a week are sufficient.

Price & Packaging: Rs.1208.00 for 120 ml. Squeezing tube pack.

Hydrating Eye Cream: This is a highly needed product for me in this kit. Lack of sleep, poor diet and too much exposure to laptop/computer/mobile screens are main reasons for under eye skin damage. This product can show a significant effect on under eye area but if you are not lacking in the above mentioned factors, this is what I observed on day to day application. I helps in moisturizing and minimizing the under lines.

Ingredients: Vitamin B3 , antioxidants Vitamin C and E, Aloe Vera, Macadamia Nut Oil and Cucumber Extract enriched product.

Usage: This is a cream based product (for PM/Night use). Pet gently a very small amount of this. Slight burning sensation (bearable) may occur so avoid rubbing. If you have very sensitive skin/any cut in under eye area, then avoid using this product for a while.

Daily Glow Moisturizer: It is a daily moisturizer for basic skin hydration, makes skin glowing and soft (with No SPF) If you are out in direct sun exposure a sunscreen is necessary along with this. Apply this after cleanser, toner and serum. Light and easily absorbent on skin. After application skin looks shiny but not oily.

Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, Macadamia nut oil, Vitamin B3, antioxidant Vitamins C and E, and Aloe Vera enriched product.

Usage: This is for AM/Morning use. 2-3 pumps are sufficient for face and neck area application.

Replenishing Night Cream: Night creams are basic need for skin care like a daily moisturizer. For a glowing skin, hydration is the key. This product delivers along lasting hydration while you sleep and wake up to soft and silky skin. I loved this cream based product as I could see the noticeable improvements in overall skin complexion and luminosity.

Ingredients: Olive oil, Sesame seed oil, Vitamin B3, antioxidant Vitamins C and E, and Aloe Vera.

Usage: This is for PM/Night use. 2-3 pumps are sufficient for face and neck area application.

Price & Packaging: Rs.2414.00 for 30 ml. Airless Pump bottle.

Line Minimizing Serum: So for extensive skin care, last product of this kit is line minimizing serum, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I am very tired of my under eye lines which are hereditary, so I couldn’t find any huge difference. But if you want to minimize the aging effect, this product may help you.

Ingredients: Vitamin B3 , antioxidants Vitamin C and E Aloe Vera, Chestnut seed extract.

Usage: This is for AM/PM use, a cream based product. Apply after cleanser and toner and before moisturizer/night cream. 2 pumps are sufficient for one application.

Price & Packaging: Rs.3205.00 for 30 ml. Airless Pump bottle.

Overall Experience: Herbalife Skin products are Sulfate and Paraben free. Dermatologist tested. This product line is sufficiently Polishes, Hydrates, Replenishes and Improves Appearance of Skin. If you are adhere to three easy steps towards total nutrition:

These products are available on leading online stores. Over all products are good and efficient, but a bit heavy for pocket.
